• Create a safe space for your pet away from activity. A bedroom or crate with plenty of water and food available and a litter box for kitty dedicated for them.

• Keep up with daily walks. This can increase endorphins and keep stress levels to a minimum.

• Use calming pheromones around the house, especially for cats. These can come in different formulations, ask us about what might work for you!

• Play soft music or white noise for a calm environment.
